Sharon has been working in the affordable housing arena for more than 24 years. In various capacities, she has been directly involved in the financing and development of more than 50 housing projects totaling almost $850MM in total development costs. She has served in various executive positions for local and national development companies. Sharon has sourced and led the structuring of very complex developments, that included LIHTC, Tax Allocation District, Housing Opportunity Bonds, Permanent Supportive Housing Grants, HOME, RAD and rental subsidy. In her various roles, Sharon has partnered with more than a dozen Housing Authorities, churches and non-profits. She has also partnered with various investors and lenders utilizing both conventional and FHA financing.
