Brittney Hopkins
Project Manager
Brittney Hopkins has a passion for all things housing related. Brittney holds Bachelor of Arts
degree in Political Science from Georgia State University and a Master’s in Urban and Regional
Planning from Alabama A&M University, as well. She has used these unique skills to create and
refine real estate deals and housing policy for nearly a decade. Brittney has shown a keen ability
to understand the technical aspects of housing policy through her work with the State of Georgia
where she contributed to Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and the development of the National
Housing Trust Fund. She has coupled this policy experience with an accomplished career in Real
Estate Development, where she has project managed affordable housing deals across the
southern United States. Brittney has proven effective in real estate development working with
numerous housing programs including LITC, RAD, HOME, and Permanent Supportive Housing.
