We have secured funding for our fifth project, a 130-unit development in Southwest Atlanta, strategically located across from the new MARTA Bus Rapid Transit Hub.

Since our inception in January 2023, RDP has been dedicated to developing obtainable, equitable, and diverse housing options. In just over two years, we have successfully initiated five projects, underscoring our commitment to addressing housing needs in Atlanta.
