Sharon D. Guest is the Founder and Principal of Radiant Development Partners, established in January 2023. With over 25 years in affordable housing, she has financed and developed more than 50 projects totaling nearly $850 million. Sharon has held executive roles in local and national development companies, leading complex transactions involving LIHTC, Tax Allocation Districts, Housing Opportunity Bonds, HOME, and RAD. She has partnered with housing authorities, nonprofits, churches, and investors, utilizing both conventional and FHA financing.
